Refund Policy

GENERAL POLICY (NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES)

All standard class bookings and packages (including single classes, class packages, memberships, private sessions, promotional offers, and other general programmes) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. These bookings cannot be converted to other classes, services, or cash refunds under any circumstances.

LIMITED EXCEPTIONS (WORKSHOPS & SPECIAL EVENTS ONLY)

The following flexible arrangements apply exclusively to workshops and special events. Each enrolled participant may choose ONE of the following options ONCE ONLY, provided the request is submitted before the specified cut-off deadline:

Option 1: Equal-Value Class Exchange

  • One-time exchange to a class or workshop of equivalent value
  • If the new class costs more, the price difference must be paid in full
  • If the new class costs less, no refund will be provided for the difference
  • Request must be submitted before the cut-off deadline and receive written confirmation from the Studio

Option 2: One-Time Name Transfer

  • Transfer of booking to another person via email or WhatsApp
  • Request must be submitted before the cut-off deadline
  • Transfer is only valid upon written confirmation from the Studio
  • Late submissions or unconfirmed requests will not be accepted

PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS & FEES

  • All changes and transfers require written confirmation from Piaf Alignment Studio Limited to take effect
  • The Studio reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing requests
  • Any bank transfer fees or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the requesting party
  • Requests submitted after the specified cut-off deadline will not be processed

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that classes or workshops are cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Studio's control (force majeure), affected bookings may be:

  • Rescheduled to an alternative date, or
  • Converted to account credit for future use

No cash refunds will be provided under force majeure circumstances.

OFFICIAL VERSION

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this policy, the English version shall prevail as the official terms and conditions.
