Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 18 September, 2025

Account and Eligibility

  • Create an account before purchasing/booking; keep information accurate.
  • Accounts, credits, and memberships are personal and non-transferable.
  • The Studio may suspend or refuse service for safety, hygiene, or policy violations.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices in HKD; checkout price prevails.
  • Accepted cards/e-payments; payment confirms credits/bookings.
  • Client bears own bank/processor fees.

Packages, Validity, Freezes

  • Each product lists validity; unused credits expire and are non-refundable.
  • One-time freeze/extension for medical/business travel at Studio discretion (proof may be required).
  • Credits/memberships are non-transferable and cannot be combined across accounts.

Bookings and Check-in

  • Manage bookings/changes/cancellations via the booking system; system timestamps prevail.
  • First-time visitors arrive 10 minutes early; arrivals 10+ minutes late may be refused entry for safety.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Group classes

  • Cancel/reschedule ≥12 hours: credit restored.
  • Late Cancel <12 hours: deduct 1 credit.
  • No-show: directly deduct the booked class credit.

Private/Semi-private

  • Cancel/reschedule ≥24 hours: session retained or rescheduled.
  • Late Cancel <24 hours: deduct the booked session (or 100% fee if applicable).
  • No-show: directly deduct the booked session (or 100% fee).

Waitlist

  • If auto-confirmed within the notice window and attendance is not possible, treated as a no-show and deducted accordingly; enable "no auto-confirmation within 6 hours" if available.

Medical exception

  • One-time waiver for a Late Cancel with valid medical proof submitted within 48 hours; no-shows are not eligible; Studio discretion applies.

Workshops and Events

  • Event pages may specify different cancellation/transfer terms; unless stated, late cancellations are non-refundable; a one-time name transfer may be allowed.

Health, Safety, and Waiver

  • Pilates / Yoga practice involves inherent risks; follow instructor guidance and use equipment properly.
  • Disclose relevant conditions (pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiovascular/hypertension, spine/joint issues); stop and inform staff if unwell.
  • Liability waiver and health declaration must be accepted before participation; minors require parent/guardian consent (and accompaniment if required).

Studio Rules and Property

  • Follow hygiene/equipment rules; grip socks recommended.
  • The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings on premises.

Severe Weather and Force Majeure

  • Under T8+, Black Rain, or mandated closures, affected classes auto-cancel; credits/sessions restored or rescheduled without fees.

Studio Cancellations and Changes

  • The Studio may change instructors, merge, or cancel classes due to illness, operations, or low enrollment; affected credits/sessions restored or rescheduled without further compensation.

Third-party Platforms

  • Third-party bookings follow that platform's cancellation/fees; Studio entry and safety rules still apply.

Privacy and Marketing

  • Personal data handled per the Studio's Privacy Policy; direct marketing only with prior consent; opt out anytime.

Intellectual Property and Recording

  • All content and brand assets belong to the Studio or licensors; no recording without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; this does not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law and Disputes

  • Governed by Hong Kong law; Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction; if discrepancies arise, the English or stricter version prevails.

Acceptance and Updates

  • Creating an account, purchasing, or attending constitutes acceptance of these Terms and referenced policies (including Cancellation and Privacy).
  • The Studio may update these Terms; the effective date will be posted; continued use indicates acceptance.

OFFICIAL VERSION

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this policy, the English version shall prevail as the official terms and conditions.
